Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: May 5, 2026
Last Updated: May 19, 2026

HARE Systems is operated by Tacocat Wellness, LLC. We are committed to making our website, digital products, educational resources, and business communications as accessible and usable as reasonably possible.

HARE Systems exists to create helpful, accessible, replicable, and educational systems for real humans. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us. It is part of the work.

1. Our Accessibility Commitment

We aim to provide a website and digital resources that are accessible to people with diverse bodies, brains, devices, disabilities, sensory needs, learning styles, and support needs.

Our goal is to make HARE Systems easier to use for people who may experience barriers related to:

  • Vision

  • Hearing

  • Mobility

  • Dexterity

  • Cognition

  • Neurodivergence

  • Chronic illness

  • Energy limitations

  • Sensory processing

  • Executive functioning

  • Reading, focus, or memory load

  • Technology access or device limitations

We recognize that accessibility is ongoing. We are not claiming perfection. We are committed to learning, improving, and addressing barriers as soon as we become aware of them.

2. Accessibility Standards

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical framework for improving accessibility.

WCAG 2.2 covers recommendations for making web content more accessible and is organized around making content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Where possible, we aim to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to consider relevant WCAG 2.2 improvements over time. The Department of Justice has identified WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the technical standard for state and local government web content under its 2024 Title II rule, and although that specific rule is for public entities, WCAG remains a useful benchmark for private businesses seeking accessible web practices.

3. What We Are Working To Support

We aim to make our website and resources easier to access by working toward:

  • Clear page structure and headings

  • Readable text and plain-language explanations

  • Sufficient color contrast

  • Keyboard-friendly navigation where possible

  • Descriptive links and buttons

  • Meaningful alt text for important images

  • Captions or transcripts for audio/video materials when applicable

  • Reduced reliance on color alone to communicate information

  • Mobile-responsive layouts

  • Forms that are as clear and simple as possible

  • Downloadable resources with readable formatting

  • Avoiding unnecessary motion, flashing, or sensory-heavy design

  • Clear pathways to contact us if something is not working

4. Digital Products and Downloads

HARE Systems may offer digital products, including templates, guides, workbooks, checklists, planning tools, and educational downloads.

We aim to make digital products practical and readable, but accessibility may vary depending on the format, platform, software, or tool used.

Examples of product formats may include:

  • PDF files

  • Google Docs

  • Google Sheets

  • Notion templates

  • Canva-based materials

  • Spreadsheets

  • Downloadable guides

  • Email-based resources

Some third-party platforms may have their own accessibility limitations. We will make our best effort to describe file types, required tools, and access needs on product pages when relevant.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our website and business may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, checkout, forms, email marketing, analytics, scheduling, digital delivery, or embedded content.

These may include tools such as:

  • Squarespace

  • Kit or other email marketing platforms

  • Google Workspace

  • Payment processors

  • Digital product delivery platforms

  • Form, quiz, or survey tools

  • Embedded media or scheduling tools

  • Analytics tools

We do not fully control the accessibility of third-party platforms, but we try to choose tools that support a usable and accessible customer experience.

If a third-party platform creates an access barrier, please contact us, and we will try to provide a reasonable alternative when possible.

6. Known Limitations

We are a small business and may not be able to identify or resolve every accessibility issue immediately.

Known or possible limitations may include:

  • Some older or early-stage digital products may not be fully optimized for screen readers

  • Some PDFs may not yet be fully tagged

  • Some templates may depend on third-party platforms with their own accessibility limitations

  • Some visual materials may need additional alt text or plain-text versions

  • Some embedded tools may not be fully controlled by us

  • Some checkout or email tools may rely on third-party accessibility settings

We are committed to improving over time and to prioritizing barriers that prevent people from accessing core information, making purchases, downloading, or receiving support.

7. Alternative Access Requests

If you have trouble accessing any part of our website, product, form, download, or communication, you may request an alternative format or support.

Depending on the issue, we may be able to provide:

  • A plain-text version

  • A larger-text version

  • A simplified document

  • A different file format

  • A direct link

  • Email-based support

  • A replacement download link

  • Clarification about a product or resource

We may not be able to provide every requested format, but we will make a reasonable effort to help.

8. Feedback and Contact Information

We welcome accessibility feedback.

If you experience an accessibility barrier, please contact us at:

Email:accessibility@haresystems.com

Please include, if possible:

  • The page, product, or file where the issue happened

  • A brief description of the barrier

  • The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if relevant

  • The format or support that would help you access the information

We aim to respond to accessibility messages within a reasonable timeframe. Our standard business response time is 7-10 business days.

9. Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

As HARE Systems grows, we're committed to improving the accessibility of our website, products, communications, and digital systems. This may include reviewing page structure, improving alt text, simplifying content, testing forms, updating downloads, and creating alternative formats where possible.

10. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Accommodation Guarantee

HARE Systems provides digital products, educational resources, and business operations support. Our accessibility efforts are intended to improve access to our website and resources.

This statement does not create a guarantee that every product, platform, communication, or experience will meet every individual's access needs. It also does not replace legal, medical, employment, educational, or disability accommodation processes that may apply in other contexts.

11. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
