Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 5, 2026
Last Updated: May 14, 2026

HARE Systems is operated by Tacocat Wellness, LLC. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act.

This policy is separate from our general Privacy Policy and applies only to consumer health data covered by Washington law.

For purposes of this policy, “consumer health data” means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies or could identify the consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status. Washington law broadly defines consumer health data to include information related to health conditions, treatment, bodily functions, diagnoses, symptoms, reproductive or sexual health, gender-affirming care, biometric data, precise location information that could indicate an attempt to receive health services, and other health-related information.

HARE Systems provides business operations education, templates, workflows, digital products, and related resources. We are not a medical provider, therapy practice, crisis service, or healthcare service through HARE Systems. However, because our content may reference burnout, capacity, stress, disability, accessibility, neurodivergence, wellness, nervous system support, or other health-adjacent topics, some information you choose to provide may be considered consumer health data under Washington law.

1. Categories of Consumer Health Data We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with HARE Systems, we may collect the following categories of consumer health data if you choose to provide it or if it can reasonably be inferred from your interaction with our website, products, or forms:

  • Information about stress, burnout, overwhelm, disability, neurodivergence, chronic illness, accessibility needs, capacity, work-related functioning, or support needs

  • Information submitted through quizzes, forms, surveys, contact forms, waitlists, product feedback forms, or intake-style questionnaires

  • Information related to your interest in health-adjacent business resources, accessibility-centered systems, burnout recovery, sustainable operations, or capacity-aware workflows

  • Information you include in messages, emails, support requests, or consultation inquiries

  • Information about products, downloads, events, or resources you purchase or request that may suggest health-adjacent interests or needs

  • Technical information that may be associated with website visits, such as IP address, device information, general location, page visits, or interactions with health-adjacent content

We do not intentionally collect consumer health data that is not needed to provide requested products, resources, communications, or support.

5. Consent

Where required by Washington law, we will obtain your consent before collecting, using, or sharing consumer health data for purposes other than those necessary to provide a product, service, or resource you requested.

When consumer health data is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete, de-identify, or otherwise handle it according to applicable law and our business record keeping practices.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect consumer health data.
