Sales Terms & Digital Product License

HARE Systems is operated by Tacocat Wellness, LLC. These Sales Terms & Digital Product License explain the terms that apply when you purchase, download, access, or use digital products, templates, guides, workbooks, resources, or other materials from HARE Systems.

By purchasing or downloading a product from HARE Systems, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Products Covered by These Terms

These terms apply to HARE Systems digital products and resources, including but not limited to:

  • Templates

  • Workbooks

  • Guides

  • Checklists

  • Digital downloads

  • Educational resources

  • Business systems tools

  • Operations resources

  • Planning tools

  • Workflow resources

  • Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheet, or document-based templates

  • Any related written, audio, video, or downloadable materials

These terms apply whether the product is free, paid, discounted, bundled, promotional, or included as part of another offer.

2. Educational Use Only

HARE Systems products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They are designed to support human-centered operations, business organization, workflow development, planning, and sustainable systems-building.

HARE Systems products are not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, therapeutic, crisis, or professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product is appropriate for your business, circumstances, capacity, and needs. You should consult qualified professionals when needed.

3. Purchasing Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product, you agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and payment information.

You are responsible for making sure your email address is correct at checkout. Product access, receipts, download links, and related purchase information may be sent to the email address you provide.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, offers, bundles, and availability at any time.

4. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location, the product purchased, and current tax rules.

Digital products may be subject to sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes, depending on where you live or receive access to the product.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply to your purchase.

5. Product Delivery and Access

Digital products are usually delivered by download link, email, customer portal, checkout confirmation page, or another digital delivery method.

Access may be immediate or may arrive shortly after purchase.

Please include your name, purchase email, order number if available, and the product you purchased.

For online sales, FTC guidance generally expects sellers to ship or deliver orders within the time promised, or within 30 days if no time is stated. We aim to deliver digital products promptly, though occasional technical delays may occur.

6. All Sales Are Final

Because HARE Systems sells digital products that can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products once purchased.

This includes situations where:

  • You changed your mind

  • You purchased the wrong product

  • You no longer need the product

  • You did not use the product

  • You expected the product to include something not listed in the product description

  • You experienced buyer’s remorse

  • You purchased during a sale or promotion and later saw a different price

We may, at our sole discretion, offer support, replacement access, or another reasonable resolution if there is a technical problem with the product file or access link.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Technical Issues

If a download link, file, or template access link does not work, contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

We may ask for:

  • The email used at checkout

  • The product name

  • Your order number

  • A description or screenshot of the issue

  • Information about the browser, device, or platform you are using

We are not responsible for technical problems caused by your device, internet connection, browser settings, software limitations, platform restrictions, third-party account access, or failure to follow product instructions.

8. Digital Product License

When you purchase or download a HARE Systems product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product.

This license allows you to use the product for your own personal use or internal business use.

You do not own the product, template, workbook, guide, design, copy, structure, method, or underlying intellectual property. You are purchasing permission to use the product under these license terms.

9. What You May Do

You may:

  • Download and save a copy for your own use

  • Print a copy for your own use

  • Use the product inside your own business

  • Customize templates for your own internal business operations

  • Use worksheets, prompts, or planning tools for your own planning

  • Share completed outputs with your own team, contractor, or professional support person when needed for your internal business use

For example, you may use a HARE Systems workflow template to organize your own business operations. You may not sell that template to someone else or turn it into a client-facing product.

10. What You May Not Do

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product

  • Upload the product to a public website, shared drive, template marketplace, or file-sharing platform

  • Give the product to friends, clients, customers, students, colleagues, or community members

  • Use the product as a free or paid lead magnet

  • Include the product in a course, membership, paid program, or client deliverable

  • Copy the product and sell a modified version

  • Rebrand the product as your own

  • Claim ownership of the product, structure, copy, design, framework, or methodology

  • Use the product to train artificial intelligence tools or machine learning systems

  • Remove copyright notices, brand names, watermarks, or attribution

  • Use HARE Systems products in a way that violates applicable law or these terms

11. Client, Team, or Organizational Use

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, each purchase is licensed for use by one individual or one business entity for internal use.

If you want to use a HARE Systems product with clients, students, workshop participants, employees across a larger organization, or members of a paid community, you must request written permission or purchase an appropriate extended license if available.

12. Intellectual Property

All HARE Systems products are owned by Tacocat Wellness, LLC, unless otherwise stated.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Product names

  • Written copy

  • Frameworks

  • Worksheets

  • Guides

  • Prompts

  • Templates

  • Layouts

  • Visual designs

  • Logos

  • Brand assets

  • Educational materials

  • Downloadable files

  • Product structure and organization

All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

13. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that any product will produce a specific result, income level, business outcome, productivity improvement, organizational change, or operational result.

Your results depend on many factors, including your business model, capacity, implementation, tools, audience, market, support needs, consistency, and external circumstances.

HARE Systems products are designed to be useful, practical, and accessible, but they are not magic. They still require adaptation and use.

14. Accessibility and Compatibility

We aim to make HARE Systems products practical, readable, and accessible. However, not every product will work equally well for every person, device, software platform, access need, or workflow.

Product pages will aim to describe relevant file types, platforms, and format requirements.

You are responsible for confirming that you have access to the software, platform, device, or account needed to use the product.

Examples may include:

  • PDF reader

  • Google account

  • Notion account

  • Spreadsheet software

  • Canva account

  • Internet access

  • Current browser

15. Product Updates

We may update, revise, retire, or replace products at any time.

Purchasing a product does not guarantee lifetime access to future updates unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

If we provide updated files or bonus materials, we may do so at our discretion.

16. Bonuses, Discounts, and Promotions

From time to time, HARE Systems may offer discounts, bonuses, bundles, launch pricing, or promotional offers.

Promotions may be limited by date, quantity, product type, audience, coupon code, or other criteria.

We are not required to apply discounts retroactively to past purchases.

17. Account, Download, and Link Security

You are responsible for keeping your download links, files, account access, and purchase information secure.

Do not share private download links or product access with others.

If we believe a product link, account, or file has been shared, misused, or accessed in violation of these terms, we may revoke access without refund.

18. Community, Support, or Bonus Access

Some products may include limited support, community access, implementation notes, or bonus materials.

Unless the product page clearly states otherwise, digital product purchases do not include 1:1 consulting, coaching, customization, troubleshooting, live support, or implementation services.

Any included support is limited to the scope described on the product page.

19. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use and implement HARE Systems products.

You agree not to use our products for unlawful, harmful, misleading, discriminatory, exploitative, or unethical purposes.

You are also responsible for adapting any templates, systems, or workflows to comply with laws, professional rules, privacy obligations, employment requirements, tax obligations, client agreements, and business needs that apply to you.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCW LLC and HARE Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your purchase, download, use, or inability to use our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

21. Errors and Inaccuracies

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and information.

However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel affected orders, or refuse purchases where legally permitted.

22. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable dispute resolution terms.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Sales Terms & Digital Product License from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

The terms in effect at the time of your purchase generally apply to that purchase, unless an update is required by law or relates to ongoing access, misuse, security, or license enforcement.
